Monday Mission-Go On a Dopamine Fast!

We are constantly “Jonesing” for a hit. We love dope…dopamine that is. How long can you go without you phone, T.V., a book or anything? How long can you just sit like a monk and breathe?

One of the best things we can do to strengthen our concentration muscle is to just sit and be bored. Do nothing. Say nothing. See nothing. Just exist. This resets our minds to be prepared to offer up laser like focus when it’s needed.

Sometimes the best thing to do is just sit and stare! Learn to leverage boredom.

Take a dopamine fast, and be glad you did!
